Arianna Cozart

Arianna Cozart has been in practice since 2006. Her practice emphasizes family law, estate planning, and personal injury. Arianna has served in both the criminal realm as a prosecutor and defense attorney and in the civil realm as an attorney emphasizing civil litigation, personal injury, and family law. She has worked for agencies as varied as the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and the Chelan County Superior Court Judges to the Westlaw legal research company and Ogden Murphy Wallace.

Ms. Cozart received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Communications from the University of Washington and her law degree from the University Of Washington School Of Law.

At one time the Co-Executive Director of Chelan Douglas Volunteer Attorney Services, Arianna served two terms as an officer of the Chelan Douglas Young Lawyer’s Division and three years on the board of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). She has also volunteered for several other community organizations including the YMCA, the Festival of Trees, the John Newbery PTA, Foothills Middle School PTA, Roteract, Serve Wenatchee Valley, and Relay for Life.

She was raised in Snoqualmie and Waterville, Washington. Arianna has two daughters who are in the Wenatchee School District and dance competitively. In her free time Arianna enjoys running, dancing, and enjoying the multitude of cultural and recreational opportunities offered in the Wenatchee Valley.
